Private Diamond Orders
At POLKI, we offer a selection of bespoke diamond rings available by request only. Each piece is crafted to order and set with your choice of ethically sourced, IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds.
Our diamond catalog is available upon inquiry. To begin the process, please complete the request form below.
Production time: 3–4 weeks from deposit
Payment plan: 50% deposit upon confirmation, 50% upon delivery
Payment Policy
To initiate your order, we kindly request a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to final delivery.
Please note: All orders are final and made specifically for you. Balance payments not received within 7 days of readiness notification may result in a hold or forfeiture of the deposit.
Restoration Service
Each bespoke POLKI creation is crafted with precision and meaning. Should your piece require restoration — such as resetting a stone, reinforcing a setting, or refining the structure — our atelier will coordinate the service through our partnered craftsman.
This service is exclusively available for bespoke orders, as each design requires access to its original production specifications and materials.
Restoration involves international craftsmanship and may require additional time for assessment and completion.
All associated costs, including shipping and handling, will be quoted individually before any work begins.
