All international orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs procedure:

• Express International Shipping: 3 - 7 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and order value. We offer complimentary express shipping on orders over $500.

• All applicable customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

• These fees may charged upon delivery and are determined by your local customs authority.

• POLKI is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Once order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay duties, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
