REFUND
POLICY

We accept returns or exchanges for ready-to-ship items only in the following conditions:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and you notify us within 3 days of delivery.

• The item must be returned unworn, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Returns must be initiated and shipped back within 7 days of approval.

Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons related to change of mind, sizing issues, or general wear once the item has been used.

• All made-to-order pieces, including diamond rings and customized designs, are non-refundable.

• A 50% deposit is required to initiate production. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

• The remaining 50% is due upon completion and must be paid before delivery.

• Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• We will notify you via email once the refund has been issued.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for high-value returns. POLKI is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

• Full name

• Reason for return

• Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
