POLKI is a jewelry and fashion brand offering curated collections including ready-to-ship and made-to-order items. All designs, content, and imagery on this site are owned by POLKI and may not be copied or reused without permission.

• Most of our pieces are available in limited quantities and may sell out without notice.

• Made-to-order items (including custom diamond rings) require 3–4 weeks for production.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for made-to-order items. The remaining 50% must be paid prior to delivery.

• Orders may be declined if payment information is incorrect or if there is a suspected breach of terms.

We make every effort to display product colors, materials, and finishes accurately. However, variations may occur due to screen settings, natural stone differences, or plating tolerances.

• Prices are listed in the relevant currency (MNT, USD) and may be subject to change.

• All payments are processed securely via approved third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, QPay).

• Customers are responsible for any additional import duties, taxes, or VAT in their country of residence.

• We offer both domestic and international shipping.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted.

• A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

• POLKI is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or courier issues.

• Due to the nature of our items, returns are only accepted for defective products reported within 3 days of receipt.

• Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable.

• Any return must be pre-approved via our customer service email.

All designs, product names, logos, text, and images on this website are the property of POLKI and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written consent.
